Get to know me

I started pole with very little dance background at the suggestion of a friend in mid-2022 and fell in love.

Finding my natural rhythm was certainly a challenge. But a deeply rewarding one. Pole reconnected my brain with my body in a way I wasn't aware I had lost. These days, I use flowing and freestyling to ground myself. Exist in the present moment.

Pole has also brought such an amazing community into my life. I have made lifelong friends, from all different walks of life, over our shared love of pole.

Starting pole has irrevocably changed my life for the better.
